- The Connecticut Breast Cancer Coalition (CBCC), incorporated as a 501(c)4, is the advocacy and legislative component. The Connecticut Breast Cancer Foundation (CBCF), incorporated as a 501(c)3 seeks donations and promotes events to maintain the continuation of an emergency fund.
